PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment for the session is required before the scheduled event, and the session will not proceed without it. Late payments may result in session cancellation, and a late fee may be applied if an exception is made. Any additional services or products requested after booking must be paid in full before delivery. Refunds are issued only according to the Cancellation Policy, except in extraordinary circumstances at my discretion. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. In the event of an emergency, please refer to my Cancellation Policy for rescheduling details.

CANCELLATION
I understand that plans can change, and I strive to be as flexible as possible. However, since I am taking time out of my day to provide you with the best possible service, cancellations must be made at least three days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in only a 20% refund. If you fail to show up without proper notification, your deposit will be forfeited, and an extra booking fee will be required to reschedule. I want our time together to be well spent, as I know you do too. In the event of a sudden emergency on the day of or the day before your session, you may reschedule within three days without any additional fees. By booking my services, you agree to this policy.
Try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time.
